At Lake Braddock, the first boys semi-finals are underway!
Game 1 featured the home team Lake Braddock Bruins versus the TC Williams Titans.
UPDATE!!!–and this is not a joke…TC Williams put a damper on the home crowd as they defeated the Bruins to reach the finals on Friday night. The score? 26-20. Despite the low score, there were some highlights, and they will be posted shortly!
Game 2 showcases the Annandale Atoms versus the West Potomac Wolverines.
Update! The West Potomac Wolverines reach the Patriot Final with an 80-69 victory over the Annandale Atoms. They will Face T.C. Williams for the title on Friday night…at Lake Braddock, 8 pm. HighLights coming soon.
Jurgen Tabaku of Ani Deni Films is at Lake Braddock shooting video and will cover both games.
At Robinson, Kevin Turner is covering the Concorde girls semis. Once again, the home team led off the doubleheader as the Lady Rams hosted the Lady Cougars of Oakton.
Update: Kevin just texted the LocalReplay war room in VA. Oakton spoils another home team’s dreams of Concorde glory. The Lady Cougars win 49-32! and advance to the Finals on Friday night!
Centreville & Herndon are battling in the 2nd half as we speak for the right to play Oakton for the District Title.
UPDATE: Concorde Finals are set! Herndon defeats Centreville 36-31 and will play Oakton for Championship on Friday Night @ Robinson, 6:00 pm. HighLights coming soon!
