FOOTBALL:
Gameday Magazine posted their Top 10 Football Power Poll, click here to view. After an emotional triumph over rival Chantilly, the Westfield Bulldogs have received several #1 votes in all area polls. Click here for video highlights.
An emotional letdown is always a possibility, and a trip to Robinson versus the talented Rams (#6 in Gameday’s Poll) could be a recipe for an upset. Westfield remains perfect at 4-0, while Robinson only has one blemish at 3-1.
LocalReplay.com plans on being on the sidelines once again under the Friday night lights, when Westfield and Robinson kick-off at 7:30 pm.
Another college-like atmosphere is expected at Robinson. The Westfield student body has a strong reputation for packing the visitors stands, and both schools really love their football, so expect the competition to be fierce, both on and off the field. FIELD HOCKEY:
LocalReplay.com’s Sean Broadus was at Forest Park High School as the Bruins hosted Woodbridge Vikings in an exciting Field Hockey matchup. Stick-Off was @ 7:00 pm on Tuesday night, and the Vikings came away with a thrilling 2-1 victory.
