Commonwealth Keeps on Kicking, Karate Sparring Makes Big Splash at Roanoke Catholic School

Attention Martial Arts Fans,
Some pretty impressive Karate performances took place today in Roanoke including the much anticipated Color Belt Sparring competition. Male and Female Karate choppers from Ages 8 through Adult all showed off their skills to spectators who refused to surrender to the high temperatures inside.
