Rivals has their list out. We’re always skeptical of these lists - they are usually lucky to be 80% correct because they don’t see the players enough to really judge, but Rivals is one of the better ones.
What do you think of their list of top NC high school football players?

Jacksonville (NC) Northside DE 6-4/235 (North Carolina)
Moss rushed for 15 touchdowns on offense and broke up 9 passes on defense as a junior.
2 Jheranie Boyd
Gastonia (NC) Ashbrook WR 6-2/184
Boyd had 47 catches for 1,151 yards and 11 scores as a junior.
3 Xavier Nixon
Fayetteville (NC) Jack Britt OL 6-6/263
Nixon led his team to a 10-3 record as a junior.
4 Desmond Scott
Durham (NC) Hillside RB 5-9/185 (Rutgers)
Scott rushed for 905 yards and caught passes for 625 yards as a junior.
5 Justin Dixon
