The roads to the 2007-2008 NCHSAA basketball championships are set as conference tournaments came to a close yesterday, and the NCHSAA posted the basketball playoff brackets this evening. On the women’s basketball side, Bishop McGuiness, Smoky Mountain, Carver and South View are the defending champions. On the men’s basketball side, Thomasville, Cummings, Concord and New Hanover are the defening champions.
