The Mooresville Blue Devils (11-5 overall, 9-3 NPC) prepare to play rival Lake Norman basketball (12-5, 8-5) tonight in Mooresville. Both Mooresville and Lake Norman have been playing well lately, in fact the pair swept NPC front-running East Rowan basketball last week in impressive fashion to knock East back to a three-way tie for the lead. Mooresville turned an important game against East Rowan into their own personal slam dunk contest. Led by high-flying Tyrell Sutton, post Adam King and guard Justin Huntley, the Blue Devils collected steals and threw down multiple jams throughout the contest to win by 18. Lake Norman also exploded against East Rowan, winning by 20, with sophomore Paul Larsen pouring in 27 points.
