Millbrook at Wake Forest-Rolesville
The Millbrook Wildcats came up just short in their bid to beat undefeated Leesville Road football last week, and will need to ensure there is no hangover this week as the Wildcats go on the road to face another strong, undefeated team - Wake Forest-Rolesville football. If Wake Forest-Rolesville wins tonight, then they set the stage for a battle against Leesville Road next week, with the winner emerging with the CAP 7 championship and an undefeated regular season. If Millbrook wins tonight, then they can potentially finish second in the CAP 7.
Middle Creek at Athens Drive
Athens Drive football seeks to continue rolling towards a Tri-Eight championship and undefeated season, but a strong Middle Creek football team is a potential roadblock. Middle Creek only has one Tri-Eight conference loss.
Apex at Fuquay-Varina
Fuquay-Varina football can claim second place in the Tri-Eight by winning their final two games, but Apex football is also a good team hungry for a win, as Apex will likely be in the mix with Fuquay-Varina and Middle Creek towards the top of the Tri-Eight conference standings, and for playoff seeding. Fuquay-Varina only has one loss on the season, while Apex has dropped two Tri-Eight conference games.
