Cary volleyball advanced to the district championships of the NCHSAA 4A girls volleyball playoffs, sweeping Cape Fear volleyball 25-17, 25-20, 25-16 to win the second round match at Cary High School on Tuesday night. Cary hosts Hoggard on Thursday - Hoggard beat New Bern on Tuesday to advance.
