High school football week nine - Forest Hills wins a defensive battle over West Stanly

In a defensive battle, Forest Hills got a touchdown early in the fourth quarter to give them a 10-0 victory over West Stanly. The only score in the first half came on a Forest Hills field goal in the first quarter. The second quarter was highlighted by penalties that stopped drives and led to no points score. At the half, the score was Forest Hills leading 3-0. Forest Hills preserved the shut out as West Stanly drove down as the time was running out but could not get into the endzone.
