North Florida/Jacksonville Area Preview

Friday night will be filled with tons of action across the Northeastern part of the state.

In 6A, the Flagler Palm Coast (2-0, 4-2) at Deltona (2-0, 6-0) battle for first place goes on in Deltona.

In District 4-4A, First Coast (4-2, 1-0) will host Lee (3-3, 1-1) for vital conference positioning.

District 5-4A will be decided (for the meantime) when teams with identical records clash as Nease (6-1, 1-0) takes a trip to Lake City to face Columbia (6-1, 1-0)

District 3-3A, features a strange match-up for the division lead as mighty Baker County (6-1, 1-1) goes on the road to Bishop Kenny (2-4, 1-0), who while struggling so far this season, hold the drivers seat in this division.

In District 4-3A, a tasty game will play out on the banks of the St. Johns River as Palatka (4-2, 2-0) will entertain Menendez (5-2, 1-1) for a shot at taking the first place spot away from St. Augustine High.

Probably the oddest of all games for a division lead goes on in District 2-2A. The Fort White Indians (1-5, 1-0) have their only win within the division, making the game with visiting juggernaut Madison County (5-1, 1-0) that much more meaningful.

District 3-2A pits the top two teams in the division against each other, as Fernandina Beach (6-1, 3-1) visits Jacksonville to take on Bolles (6-0, 4-0)

And finally, in District 3-1A, Tallahassee North Florida Christian (5-1, 1-0) puts their fine record on the line at home Friday when they host Providence (4-2, 1-0) for the division lead.
